1 3 oz pk Strawberry Jello
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1-1/4 cups boiling Water
1 10 oz. pkg frozen Strawberries
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 3 oz. pk. softened Cream Cheese
1/3 cup sifted Confectioners Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
Pinch of Salt
1 cup Heavy Cream Whipped
1 baked 9 inch pie shell.

RED LAYER:
Dissolve Jello and sugar in boiling water. Add frozen strawberries and lemon juice. Stir until strawberries thaw. Chill till partially set.

WHITE LAYERS:
Blend cheese, confectioners sugar, vanilla, and salt. Fold in a small amount of whipped cream, then fold in remainder. Spread half of the white cheese over bottom of pastry shell. Cover with half of the red jello mixture. Repeat layers. Chill until set.
