2 cups hot water
1 cup oil
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 cups flour
2 Tbsp yeast mixed with an additional 3 cups of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Let rise 45 minutes to an hour, until double in size. Punch down. Form into balls and place about an inch apart on a greased baking pan. Let rise another 45 minutes to 1 hour, until they double in size. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes until slightly golden on top.
