Eggs (optional: only use egg whites) - beaten
Bacon pieces
Green bell pepper - chopped
Jalapeno - chopped
Tomato - chopped
Shredded cheese
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Use 2 eggs (or 3 egg whites) per omelet.

On a frying pan over medium heat on the stove, add the beaten eggs. When the bottom of the eggs start to cook, slide the cooked egg over to one side of the frying pan and add the desired ingredients on this side of your omelet. Then flip the remaining egg mixture on top of the ingredients.

Flip the omelet and cook until ready to eat.

Smother in ketchup!
