2 pkgs. dry yeast
1 c. oil
2 t. salt
2 eggs
2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. sugar
6 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add oil, salt and sugar to hot water. Cool to lukewarm. Add beaten eggs. Mix yeast in flour and add to cool liquid, beat until smooth. Add enough flour to make easily handled dough. Cover, let rise about 1 hour or until doubled. Turn on to floured board and roll to 1/2 inch thick. Cut out, dip in melted butter and put in pan. Let rise again until about double. Bake 25 min at 350º.
