6 artichoke hearts
1 c. sliced cauliflower
1 cabbage, chopped
1 c. asparagus, chopped
3 tbsp. low sodium miso paste
2 onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 tsp. fennel seeds
2 tsp. sea salt
Dash of freshly ground pepper
4 large garlic cloves, chopped
2 tsp. cumin seeds
2 quarts water
8 sprigs parsley, chopped sterns and leaves
2-5 chili peppers to taste

Add all ingredients into a large pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for an hour.
