3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups raw peeled and grated zucchini
3 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
1 ½ cups sugar
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
½ cups nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Add flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon which has been mixed together. Mix well , add nuts and bake in 2 loaf pans or 3 small ones for 1 hour at 32 degrees.
