1 – 8 oz package noodles
1 can smoked spam or corn beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1¼ cups milk
1 cup diced cheddar cheese
1 medium onion chopped fine
2 T butter
½ tsp salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook noodles until done. Drain noodles, combine with all other ingredients and bake in a buttered 2 quart casserole dish for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Even if you don't eat spam (the mystery meat) this is a wonderful casserole, I call it my comfort meal. Everyone who's ever eaten it loves it, so give it a try!
