8 oz. whole grain penne pasta
8 oz. ground turkey
1 small onion
1 clove garlic
1-14-ounce meatless pasta sauce ( or homemade)
1 tsp. fresh oregano
1 tsp. fresh rosemary
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. granulated garlic
1 c. shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350º. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet cook turkey, onion, and garlic over medium-high heat until meat is brown and onion is tender. Stir in pasta sauce, oregano, rosemary, pepper, and garlic; heat through. In a 2 quart square baking dish layer half the pasta, followed by half of the meat mixture and half the shredded cheese. Repeat layers. Bake uncovered, for 20 minutes or until mixture is hot and cheese is melted.

I sometimes use my own spaghetti sauce, and layer with the cheese. This recipe is very low fat and healthy.
