1 tablespoon olive oil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, well cooked and cubed or 2 large cans precooked chicken breast
˝ onion, chopped
2 cans chicken broth
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
1 can Rotel
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried or fresh oregano
1 teaspoon dried or fresh cilantro
˝ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 green onion, chopped or 2 teaspoons dried chives
4 chicken bouillon cubes (may not need all four if you cook your chicken)
2-3 cans white northern beans or white navy beans, drained

Mix all ingredients and cook 2 hours on high in crock pot or medium-low on stove top. Garish with shredded cheese and tortilla strips.
