2 sticks butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tarter
1 cup oats
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped pecans or other nuts
1 cup Rice Krispies

Mix wet ingredients then stir in dry. Flatten marble size pieces on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 7-9 minutes at 325º

Not the prettiest cookie on the tray but so rich and good. One of my favorites. I got the recipe when we had a cookie exchange at "club night" one Tuesday years ago at Mom's house. Aunt Krissy brought these with the recipe to share.
