3-4 medium squash
1 medium chopped onion
8 oz. corn bread stuffing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick melted oleo

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash and onion until tender; about 5 minutes. Drain. Mash coarsely. Melt oleo and pour over stuffing mix and cool. line 13x9 baking dish with half of stuffing mix. Mix all other ingredients. Pour in baking dish. Add remaining stuff mix. Cover and bake 350º for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes.
