1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 slices of breaded, crumbled
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce, less 1/2 cup
1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce, then add 1/2 cup tomato sauce. Mix lightly and pack lightly into large loaf pan.

In a small bowl mix:
Remaining tomato sauce
2 Tablespoons vinegar
1 Tablespoon ground mustard
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup of water

Pour over meatloaf and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
