Ingredients:  
1 bag shredded hash browns
1 teaspoon salt
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cups half & half

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost hash browns until warm. Place on paper towels and pat off moisture.
In a large bowl mix together butter, half & half, salt and hash browns. Pour into
greased 9x13 pan. Top with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
