1 9" pie shell
2 teaspoons ground mustard
1 lb sage sausage(I use Jimmy Dean)
Salt to taste
3 eggs
Pepper to taste
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Beat eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Stir in sausage.
Sprinkle 3/4 cup cheese on bottom of pie shell, top with sausage egg mixture and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden on top.
