1/2 cup chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package frozen broccoli , cooked and drained
1 1/2 cups rice, cooked
1 8 oz jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 Tablespoon butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
In small frying pan, melt butter and place celery and onions in butter. Saute until onions are almost clear.
In sauce pan add all ingredients, except rice. Heat at medium heat until cheese is melted. Grease 9x13 baking dish and spread rice in it. Pour cheese sauce mixture over top of rice. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
