4 Large potatoes, peeled and diced
2 eggs, boiled, peeled and diced
1 onion, enough chopped to make about 2 hands full
2 Tablespoons Sweet pickle cubes
1 Tablespoon Dill pickle cubes
1 to 2 Heaping Tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 to 1 teaspoon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
The Tablespoons used in this recipe are the ones in your cutlery drawer, not measuring spoons.
Boil potatoes until just barely done, about 5 minutes. I test one with a fork. Drain potatoes and pour into a large bowl.
Immediately put onions on top of hot potatoes. Let set until potatoes cool a bit. Add remaining ingredients and stir
until mixed thoroughly. Use just enough mayonnaise to make creamy. Taste and add more sweet or dill cubes to desired taste.
DO NOT USE PICKLE RELISH!
