1 Chuck Roast
3 or 4 potatoes, peeled and diced
2 carrots, skinned and cut in coins
1 large onion, chopped
Minced garlic
2 small cans mushrooms, drained(optional)
1/2 stick butter
Worcestershire Sauce
Soy Sauce
1 cup water
9x13 baking dish, sprayed with Pam
Aluminum foil

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse chuck roast and place in center of baking dish. Layer around the roast the potatoes(enough to cover dish all the way around), then onions, and then carrots.
Lightly spoon little drops of garlic here and there over vegetables and roast. Add mushrooms on top of vegetables.
Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce around vegetables twice, then a little on top of roast. Sprinkle soy sauce around vegetables once, then a little on top of roast.
Cut pats of butter and place 2 on top of roast and about 6 or 8 on top of vegetables. Pour in water and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
