2 lbs cream cheese
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 Tbsp cornstarch
1 pint sour cream
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp flour
1/4 lb melted butter
Graham Cracker Crumbs

PREHEAT OVEN TO 325 DEGREES
> Cream the cream cheeses and gradually beat in sugar. Add eggs lemon juice and vanilla. Mix flour and cornstarch together and beat into cheese mixture, add butter and sour cream, mix well. Pour into graham cracker and buttered 9 inch spring form pan. Bake 1 hour, turn off oven and leave cake in oven 2 more hours. Cool at room temp. Turn out onto cake plate and refrigerate uncovered until cut.
