1 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
1 12 oz package fresh cranberries
1 cup apple (cored, peeled & diced)
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 cup dried cherries or raisins
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground allspice
1/8 tsp ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar & water in saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients & bring back to a boil then simmer 10 minutes stirring often.
Pour into a mixing bowl & place plastic wrap directly on the surface of sauce. Cool to room temp and serve or refrigerate. Bring chutney to room temp to serve.
