1/4 c. oil
3 T. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. salt
3 T. oil
6 c. coarsely chopped cabbage (1/2 cabbage)
1 c. coarsely shredded carrots
1/4 c. chopped green onions
8 oz. cooked corned beef, cut into strips (1/2 lb. deli sliced)

In small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients; blend well. In large skillet or wok, heat 3 T. oil. Stir-fry cabbage, carrots and green onions 5 minutes or until crisp-center. Add sauce and corned beef. Cook until thoroughly heated.
