1 cup flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup butter (1 1/2 sticks)
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter, mix in other ingredients. Roll into 1 inch balls. On ungreased cookie sheet, flatten balls with bottom of a glass. Bake 375º for 10 to 12 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting, butter cream, or powdered sugar glaze. You can tint frosting with food color if you like. Pastels are pretty on these.
