3 Cups rhubarb 3 T flour
2 eggs beaten ¼ tsp salt
2 T whole milk ¼ tsp nutmeg or cinnamon
1 ½ cups sugar 1 T butter

Crumb Topping
½ cup butter
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients, pour into unbaked pastry-lined pie plated, and dot with butter over top. Top with crumb topping. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then 325 degrees for 35 minutes.

Topping
Cream butter & sugar, cut in flour.
