2 cups cubed cooked chicken 1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup diced celery ½ cup chicken broth
½ cup salted cashews ¼ cup pimento (2oz jar)
3 tbsp lemon juice 1-3 ½ oz can French fried onion rings
½ cup chopped green pepper dash of paprika
¼ tsp salt 12 slices of white bread

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in order given, but reserve ½ can onion rings and paprika. Bake in greased 1 ½ quart casserole, covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with remaining onion rings and garnish with paprika. Bake 5 minutes more, uncovered. Spoon into bread biscuits to serve.

Bread Biscuits:
Butter muffin tins. Cut crust off of white bread and mold into tins. Bake 10-15 minutes at 350 until golden brown.
