Ingredients:  
1 large can white shoe peg corn drained
1 can french green beans drained
1 can cream of celery
1 medium onion chopped
¼ c sour cream
2 c grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers crushed
1 stick of melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream of celery and sour cream together. Add french green beans, shoe peg corn and onion, mix all together. Add cheese and mix. Top with crushed Ritz crackers and pour over melted butter. Bake @ 350 º for 45-60 minutes. Keep check and cover with foil when crackers start to brown.
