1 Box Hot Roll Mix
2-3 large Sweet Onions - Vidalia Onions
1 Pint Sour Cream
1 Egg, beaten
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Follow directions on the box of Hot Roll Mix to make the dough. When ready, spread it evenly in a 12"x18" pan.
Chop onions. Mix sour cream and beaten egg together in a large bowl. Add onions and mix well. Spread mixture evenly over dough.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until some of the onions on top start to get a little brown and dough is browned on bottom.
Cut into individual pieces using a pizza cutter.
