Dough:
1 c. red wine
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. baking powder
6 c. flour

Filling:
24 oz. raisins
2 c. sugar & 4 tbsp. cinnamon mixed together
4 c. chopped nuts
1 large container grape jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º

Mix together dough ingredients until dough is smooth and elastic - It should feel soft like punched down bread dough.

Divide the dough into 6 balls. Roll each ball until flat and thin. Spread flattened dough with jelly and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mix, raisins and chopped nuts. Roll like a jelly roll and seal the edges.

Place rolls on ungreased cookie sheets, spread with oil and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden.

When fully cooled, slice into 1" thick slices and serve.
