25 1 lb. bags broccoli
25 cans mushroom soup
4 doz. eggs
13 c. sharp cheddar cheese
9 qt. mayo
3 boxes saltine crackers, crumble
3 lb. butter
10 large disposable trays (cause when the party's over you are too tired to wash the dishes)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except crackers. Distribute among the 10 pans, don't make them too full or you will not be able to lift.
Sprinkle each with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
Bake in 325º oven until done. (you'll be able to tell)

Lucky for me I was making this casserole for a dinner at the St. Mary's Pavilion, Barnesville, MD.
