1 box frozen broccoli
1 egg , beaten
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup mayonnaise
small onion, minced
s & p
Corn flake crumbs, crushed
Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli for five minutes and drain. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
Top with the crushed corn flake crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

When Mike went away to Clemson , he spent his first Thanksgiving away from us. He visited with the Mitchells in Virginia. Lynne was worried about him being homesick so she asked him what she could make that would remind him of home. He requested this ! That made me cry. To this day I always think of Michael when I make it.
