2 small pkg. cherry Jell-O
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 egg, separated
1 Tblsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Jell-O according to directions and chill just until congealed. Mix milk and egg yolk until blended and stir in lemon juice. Beat egg white with sugar until fluffy and fold into milk mixture. Run fork through Jell-O to break it up and layer with cream mixture in parfait glasses. A light but delicious dessert after a large dinner!... And so pretty!
