3 C. flour
2 eggs
1 C Milk (1% or 2%, not Skim)
Salt to taste

These are GREAT in homemade soup!

Mix all ingredients together (and if necessary, too heavy, add more milk a little at a time, if too thin add more flour a little at a time)

Bring salted water (I use chicken stock) to a rapid boil and then lower to soft boil.
Scoop edge of Tablespoon of batter into the water and drop.
You will see the dumplings form

Strain, but do not rinse.
