2 loaves of Sandwich bread
2 sticks of butter (melted)
1 cup of sugar w/2 tsp cinnamon
2 8oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
Directions:
Directions:
Cut crust off the bread and roll thin with rolling pin.
Beat 2 - 8oz Philadelphia cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar & 2 eggs

Spread cheese on the bread and roll like for a jelly roll. Dip into melted butter and roll into sugar mixture with cinnamon.

Put on cookie sheet close together and put into refrigerator for 1/2 hour before baking.

Bake at 350º oven 15 to 20 minutes.
