1 lb. seeded raisins
1/2 lb. mixed peel
1 lb. cleaned currants
1/2 lb. blanched almonds
1/2 lb. butter
1 lb. sugar
6 egg yolks, well beaten
1/2 tsp. more
1/s tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 lb. browned flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
wine glass of brandy
6 egg whites, beaten
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together. Dissolve 1/2 tsp. baking soda in a little water and add before putting in fridge with a wine glass of brandy. Add beaten egg whites last.
