1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/2 lb. ground linguica
1 stick of butter
1/4 c. Romano cheese
1 small onion chopped
1/2 c. Italian style bread crumbs
1/2 c. Ritz crackers
shredded Asiago Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash mushrooms and pat dry. Remove stems and chop. In a large sauté' pan, melt butter and add chopped stems, onions and linguica and simmer until onion is transparent. Add crumbs and crackers and cheese and remove from heat. Stuff mushrooms with stuffing and place in a shallow buttered dish. Sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese and bake at 425 for 15 minutes
