4 qts. peeled red ripe tomatoes cut up (24)
1 1/2 cups chopped green peppers (3 medium)
2 cups onion,chopped
1 to 1 1/2 cups vinegar
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 T salt
1 T celery seed
1 t ground ginger
1 t ground cinnamon
1 t ground allspice
1 t ground cloves

Combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Simmer until thick ( 1 1/2-2 hrs) Stir frequently. Pour boiling liquid into sterilized jars. Leave 1/2" at top. Adjust caps.
