¼ grainy Dijon mustard
¼ c mayonnaise
1 T honey
1 t white wine vinegar
1 t hot sauce
½ t Creole seasoning
3 green onions, green tops only, very thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
• In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the mustard, mayonnaise, honey, vinegar, hot pepper sauce, creole seasoning and green onions.
• Place in the refrigerator for at least one hour to allow the flavors to develop
