Sift together:
9 Heaping T. of cocoa
2 ¼ Flour
2t baking soda
Cream together with mixer
1 stick + 3T room temperature butter
2 ¼ c light brown sugar
3 eggs
1 ½ t vanilla
1 cup sour cream
1 cup boiling water
Directions:
Directions:
Add dry ingredients alternating with sour cream to butter/sugar mixture. Then slowly add in boiling water. Then pour into bundt pan that is well sprayed with pam. Bale at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes. Use cake tester.
