2 unbaked pie crust
4 large eggs (well beaten)
2 cups sugar
1 cups milk
1/2 stick of butter (1/4 c.) melted
2 1/2 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Mix the eggs with sugar until well blended.
Add milk, melted butter, and coconut, mix well.
Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells .
Bake on middle rack in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
