8 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
1 Tsp.Cinnamon
1 Tsp. Orange Peel
12 French Bread SLices 3/4" Thick
4 oz. Cream Cheese
Orange/Strawberry Preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, milk, orange peel, cinnamon, beat throughly-pour into shallow pan or plate.
Slice a pocket in each slice of bread fill with cream cheese and preseve.
Place bread slices a few at a time into egg mixture , let soak 1-2 minutes, turning to coat both sides.
Place bread slices into greased griddle, cook about 2-3 minutes each side until brown.
Serve with butter, honey or maple syrup.
