2 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup liquid shortening
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cimmamin
4 cups peeled and cup up apples

Topping!
1/4 stick melted butter or margarine
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamin

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven to 350 degrees
Grease and flour oblong baking dish

Mix together sugars and shortening, blend in 2 eggs
Add 2 cups flour
1 tsp baking sode
1 tsp cinnamin
Blend in peeled and cut up apples 1 cup at a time
Pour into baking dish

Topping..
Melt 1/4 stick butter or margarine, add 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup white sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamin and mix together and crumble over cake batter..bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
