1 egg white
1 tbsp water
4 1/2 c pecans
1 c sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon (more if desired)
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white and water until fluffy, but no meringue.
Stir in pecans gradually till covered.
In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients
Gradually stir on pecan mixture until covered.

Bake at 250 for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes
