Make one German Chocolate cake, according to the box mix purchased from most any grocery store.

When the cake has cooled, poke holes all over the top of the cake with the end of a wooden spoon.

Pour one can of sweetened condensed milk over top of cake, followed by one jar of caramel ice cream topping.

Frost cake with CoolWhip and then cover the top with crushed-up Heath Bars (approx. 6 Heath Bars)
