Ingredients:  
4 - 5 baby gold or red potatoes, sliced in 1/4 inch slices.
1 small onion chopped, or 1/4 of a large onion.
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Grated Parmesan cheese.
2 TBSP butter sliced in 4 pats.
Large piece of foil.

Slice potatoes, and spread out flat onto the large foil piece. Sprinkle with chopped onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese. Place butter pats on top. Move all to the middle of the foil and make a foil pack. Throw on the grill for 20-25 minutes on upper rack.

I found this freshly shaved Parmesan & Romano cheese in the specialty cheese section at the grocery store that makes these potatoes even better. If you need more than 2 - 4 servings make more packets, so they will cook in the recommended 20 -25 minutes.
