1 cup milk
3 cups of Cool Whip

Mix milk and pudding with whisk until thick. Fold in Cool Whip. You are now ready to frost your cake or cup cakes.

You can substitute any instant pudding, such as lemon, vanilla or butterscotch for a thick frosting. For a strawberry cake fold in puréed fresh strawberries, or, blueberries for a blueberry cake.
Frozen strawberries do not work well as they are more juice than fruit. Making your own gives you better quality.
