1 egg
2 c. powdered sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 T. butter or margarine
3/4 c. finely chopped salted peanuts
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg slightly in small mixer bowl. Beat in 1 c. powdered sugar, salt, vanilla, peanut butter and butter. Stir in remaining powdered sugar. If necessary add more sugar to make mixture firm enough to handle. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls. Roll balls in chopped peanuts. Refrigerate and serve. Makes about 3 dozen
