3 c. white sugar
1 c. white karo syrup
1/2 c. water
3 c. raw peanuts
3 T. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar, karo syrup and water until it is at a rolling boil, approx. 15 minutes. Add peanuts and stir continuously. Cook until it turns a golden brown, approx. 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Add butter, salt and baking soda. Pour into buttered sheet pan and let harden. Break into pieces and enjoy.
