miniature marshmallows
yellow cake mix
5 c. rhubarb, chopped
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 cake pan. Cover bottom of pan with marshmallows. Mix yellow cake mix as directed on box. Spread over marshmallows. In a separate bowl mix rhubarb, sugar and jello. Spread on top of cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. The rhubarb goes to the bottom and the marshmallows to the top.
