2 c sugar
3/4 c butter or other shortening
6 T buttermilk
4 bananas, creamed
1 c nuts, floured
3/4 tsp soda
2 c flour
3 eggs, beaten separately

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and shortening, add 3 spoons milk, cream bananas and floured nuts, add beaten egg yolks. Dissolve soda in other 3 spoons of milk, add flour. Add beaten egg whites, vanilla if desired. Cook at 350º oven until cake shrinks from sides of pan.
