1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Beat together egg and sugar. Sift together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, nutmeg and salt. Add to egg mixture along with apples and mix well. Place mix into greased pie plate. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
