1 lb. ground beef
2 1/2 c. corn chips
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
8 oz. pkg. crescent rolls
8 oz. shredded Mexican cheese
shredded lettuce
salsa
sour cream
sliced black olives
chopped tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and drain. Add taco seasoning to meat according to package directions. Unroll crescent rolls and place in pie plate. Press over bottom and sides to form a crust. Sprinkle 1 cup crushed corn chips on bottom of crust. Spread beef mixture on top of corn chips. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining crushed corn chips. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, sour cream and salsa to your preference. 6-8 servings.
