4-6 lb. boneless rib roast
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
3 T. cracked pepper
8 lb. rock salt
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Brush roast with Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle garlic powder on all sides. Rub pepper on all sides. Pour rock salt 1/2 inch thick in bottom of disposable foil roasting pan. Place roast in center of pan. Pour remaining rock salt to cover roast. Sprinkle water over roast and cover with foil making sure to tent foil so it is not touching the meat. Bake 12 minutes per pound of roast at 500 degrees or until meat temperature reaches 145 degrees internally. Remove roast from oven and let rest. After resting crack and brush salt off of roast before slicing.
